Poooood aims to process and deliver your order as quickly and securely as possible.
1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver within Peninsular Malaysia.
Delivery to East Malaysia or other locations may not be available at this time.
2. Delivery Charges
Flat Rate: RM5 per order
Free Shipping: Orders of RM80 and above
Shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout.
3. Order Processing
Orders with successful payment confirmation are typically packed and dispatched within 24 hours.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed normally or latest on the next business day.

5. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Poooood is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Additional shipping charges may apply if a parcel needs to be re-delivered.
6. Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable or the address is incorrect, the courier may attempt re-delivery or return the parcel to us.
Any additional shipping charges incurred may be payable by the customer.
7. Order Tracking
Where available, a tracking number will be provided after your order has been shipped.
Customers may track their parcel directly through the courier’s tracking system.
8. Delays
While we strive to deliver orders promptly, delivery times are estimates only.
Poooood is not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, public holidays, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control.
